Rest with ease while you are away from your home or vacation property. Spic-N-Span offers various caretaking packages that will give you peace of mind.

1. Platinum Plan: 4 Full Interior & Exterior Inspections per month
2. Gold Plan: 2 Exterior Inspections per month and 2 Full Inspections per month
3. Silver Plan: 1 Exterior inspections per month and 1 Full Inspection per month
4. Copper Plan: 1 Full Inspection per month

 

Exterior Inspections Include:

• Visually check outside of property for any possible maintenance issues.
• Physically chech that all doors are secure
• Visually ensure that all windows are closed
• Remova all advertisements and papers from property, mailbox, door, etc.

 

Full Inspection Includes All Exterior Inspection Services Plus:

• Visually inspect that no damage has been done to interior of property
• Physically ensure that all windows are secured
• Check for leaks, dripping faucets and running toilets
• Check that all lights both interior and exterior are working (cost of bulbs is additional fee)
• Check for insect/pest problems
• Open all faucets for a short period to ensure there is no collection of odors, calcium, etc from water setting in pipes.
• Check thermostat is correctly set for the season
• Flush and brush all toilets (if unit has not been winterized)
• Seasonally (1 Time) – Winterize your home and turn off non-essential breakers, drain water lines and winterize all toilets.
• Check and change batteries (1 time per year) in smoke and fire detectors (Batteries additional fee)
• Check and change batteries (1 time per year) in door locks (Batteries additional fee)
• Check and change Air Conditioning Filters every 3 months (Filters additional fee)
